Digital Marketing is everywhere you look - on your phone, part of your social networks and in your job interview. As a participant in the New Media Driver’s License course you will learn how to effectively utilize a number of networking sites; like, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, as well as search engine optimization tools and online public relations. 

By the end of the course, you will:

  • Be an effective and safe driver in a wide variety of social networks, media tools, and online technology
  • Know the ins and outs of blogging, ang blog regularly
  • Engage with others through social media including Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook
  • Understand social media marketing
  • Understand how to listen to and participate in online conversations
  • Learn the rules of online public relations
  • Become pat of the online community
  • Understand Google and how search engine optimization works
  • Improve your digital presentation skills

The three (3) credit New Media Driver’s License course meets for two all day sessions during the semester at  Novi’s Walsh College campus. Each remaining week will involve full engagement online sessions that will utilize new digital marketing and communication tools. The course qualifies for the Management Track in Advertising and also as a Writing Course. The New Media Drivers License will rock your world!
