Inbound Week - Gary Vee

I like the fact that he talks about self-awareness. I think it is very important to work on yourself and I think it is something really relevant in the time that we are in now. There is so much hatred in the world and it is easy to turn to agression and hate when we feel hurt or confused. As college students we face contreversial topics every day in class and discussions outside of class. There are so many conflicting views and I think that it is important be able o know how to approach those topics when we are self-aware of our beliefs and values.

I enjoyed this video. It was super beneficial to learn about inbound marketing this week and I think I can use a lot of the information for a future career in advertising. I am not hubspot certified but I hope to be soon. I've been applying for internships recently and I've realized a lot of the positions mention hubspot certification. 

I actually really liked learning more about inbound marketing this week because it was an area I didn't know much about. Though I'm not Hubspot certified, I'd like to eventually take the time to do this. I think that many brands and companies can integrate content marketing with their blog or website. It's about so much more than just posting on social media or adding content to your site. All of your posts and ideas should come from a strategic standpoint. I like that inbound and content marketing require more of a strategy, as I think that better results come from something that's well-thought out.
