Profile Access

Faculty in participating units can access and maintain their individual profiles. Faculty and academic staff in units that have not fully adopted Academic Profile may request account access to support promotion and tenure activities by sending their CV to AcadProf@msu.edu. The Academic Profile data entry team will load CV information and enable access.

Proxy Access

Faculty and academic staff may appoint support staff to assist with editing and maintaining their profiles. College and department leadership may contact AcadProf@msu.edu to discuss in-house data-entry support access.

Administrator Access

Deans may request access to review college-level data. Chairs may request access to review department-level data. Academic Profile regularly audits leadership roles and access permissions.
