MSU 2010 - It was a very good year

Michigan State University Spartans enjoyed a wonderful 2010. And not just the students lucky enough to have a New Media Drivers License. I'm talking about the entire Spartan Nation!

Social Media ROI is important as you work on a social media plan. It's real easy to measure Google Ads and how much traffic they drive. But measuring social media is a bit more tricky. Sure you can measure Facebook likes, Twitter retweets, or comments on your blog. But what does it all really mean?
