In some degree, Inbounding Marketing changes people's mind of advertising from directly advertising brands to guiding audiences to where the brand wants them to go. It focuses on contents more. And, because of it, more methods of advertising appears. The concepts of Inbounding Marketing are attract, enagae and delight, which can be used in every step of advertising to create good contents.
I have enjoyed reading about inbound marketing. I have enjoyed this because I feel like it is key for a business to succeed. I believe the 3 concepts (attract, engage, and delight) are 3 concepts that make a company go round and attract consumers.
I really enjoyed reading the article on inbound marketing and believe it's a useful tool that every business should be using. Money is a byproduct of value creation. By giving some value off first right off the bat, I think it's really useful in not only making the brand/business look good, it'll also influence people more and help retain prospects/consumers since they benefit from your business already without having to pay a dime.
The artical is really helpful to understand what inbound marketing is. I found that inbound marketing is an important way to attract audiences to the brand. And the more we learn about consumers behaviors, the more we can get what they need. That is why inbound marketing is important.
This concept is very new for me because I do not hear about anything about inbound marketing before. This website is pretty helpful for me to learn this new concept, and I even read three times in order to understand all the concepts, examples and diagrams that Hubspot gives us. In my opinion, if we really want to get into advertising field, we have to learn this fundamental marketing skills until we can do it by ourselves.
This article was very helpful with understanding inbound marketing better. It helped me to understand the process and why it is helpful for businesses to engage the customers to do effective marketing.
I enjoyed reading the Hubspot article on inbound marketing. The article gave great examples of how businesses have use the three proven methodology stages of inbound marketing (attract, engage and delight), to earn trust with their customers. It helped me realize how my brand, Vera Bradley, was using inbound marketing to maintain their customers. I am excited to be certified in inbound marketing.
This article was extremely helpful to understanding the importance of being attract, delight, and engage. I was able to see how my brand, Easton was using inbound marketing. They focused on email marketing to engage it's users to purchase items in order to receive free shipping and discounted pricing on their first purchase. The emails include videos and links to more products similar to what they search while on the website. I look forward to being to certified in inbound marketing.
I really enjoyed reading about inbound marketing. Creating an avatar was very interesting and gave me new insight to how marketing works. The exercise also really helped me be more creative!
I have enjoyed reading this artical and learned about Inbound Marketing is very interestikng and helpful for business's growing.
As I had mentioned in my previous post about my unknown exposure to how I already used Inbound Marketing, reading more into the content this week helped enhanced my perspective on that even farther. Social media is one of the biggest uses of Inbound Marketing in today's society and I believe that it will play an even larger role as time continues on. My company, ESPN, has been using Inbound Marketing ever since they were created and they try to adapt with the times to best fit their viewers and users.
I have enjoyed reading about Inbound Marketing because I learned that it's what helps create a valuable experience and leaves a positive impact on people and your business. Inbound Marketing has three stages: attract, engage and delight. These three stages are important because they are the main components to growing the business and gaining customers who help keep your business growing.
After learning so much about inbound marketing, I now find myself critiquing brands that I come across in my daily life. Any business can be good at digital marketing, but the real indicator of a great brand is how well their customers are treated and how much value they add to the world. A really easy giveaway to whether a brand is prioritizing this is how in-depth their Q&A web page content is. Another indication that many people don't often think about is accessibility. If brands use alt text and interactive PDFs, they're keeping persons with disabilities in mind. This is extremely important in encouraging diversity and inclusivity as part of a brand's marketing strategy.
Inbound marketing is a strategy that from customer side to serve people. Three steps of inbound marketing are attrack, engage and delight. We prepare a novel or special strategy to attrack customers firstly. Then we will make customer engage in activity. Finally, we hope customer could feel delight from our activity. We will do some accelent things for customers, they could feel we are sincerely and we want to do something for them. This could win a good awareness of our brand. What 's more, customer also could accept our other activities about brand easily. I think this is really useful.
After I learn something about Inbound Marketing, I realieze that Inbound Methodology plays important role in Marketing, Sales and Services. This Methodology helps marketer get to know more about customer. Especially our goal is to attract new prospects to the company, engage with customer at scale, and delight them individually.
I have enjoyed learning the ins and outs of how inbound marketing works with today social media explosion. There are so many ways that you can market your compnay today and by knowing the format of inbound marketing it makes it alot easier. By trying to draw in customers it takes alot of thinking and step by step process to think what that person would do if they where in your shoes. You need to make it simplistic but also informative at the same time in order to get what you want. People's attention span is very low so by making them go to other links and have to look up the information themsleves means that it was strong but didnt connect the dots enough. Atracting people is key and if you can find a nche that works it will help gain attnetion to your site. It is important to find the people that are most intersted and then you can break it down to levels of how you want to make them feel apart of the brand.
Attracting, engaging, and delighting people is how inbound marketing validifys value and attracts prospects. The inbound method can be used for sales, marketing, and services. Inbound Marketing is a simple but imperative method to use for growing your business. Building relationships and maintaing them is what leads to a suceessfull business. One example of inbound marketing BAUER uses, (brand I have been following) is an email list. They send out advertisements and sale information etc.
Inbound Marketing is something that my platform helps other businesses with the best. The attraction of customers, leads or users is best done by promoting a business on social media. Twitter is an easy way to promote something just typing 180 characters or less. Viral posts happen every day on Twitter. Something can be posted and one hour later have thousands of retweets. It just takes the right promotion tactics.
The duality of inbound and outbound marketing is especially interesting to me. While YouTube, the company of my focus, has reached a level of familiarity where outbound is less of a focus to them, they still utilize it for their lesser-known ventures. The two ideas go hand in hand, where it may be necessary to look outwards for potential engagement- but without a nice, engaging and delighting user experience within, most of that outward effort would go to waste. It's as if the mentality of 'all roads lead to inbound marketing' rings true for most of the businesses we're all covering because an attractive and useful presentation for a company is the backbone of the entire operation in most cases. YouTube could have the most robust video-sharing options around, but without a simple, clean interface that people enjoy using, they would have fallen to obscurity.
My brand, Sub Pop Records, is honestly pretty unremarkable when it comes to utilizing inbound marketing. They don’t appear particularly competitive -- they exist with a lot of credibility from enduring 30 years as a independent record label.
I have no other educational background in marketing (professional writing major), so from that perspective inbound marketing is a much more appealing approach compared to outbound marketing. The most interesting aspect is just how service-oriented the approach is. I was reading an article from Duct Tape Marketing about inbound vs. outbound, and the section on “inbound marketing for non-marketers” resonated with me. “[I]t’s more appealing to those who hate the image of the pushy salesman” -- I feel this as a consumer and as someone working in digital media and communications. I think having a strong understanding of inbound marketing would be beneficial in almost any industry, and I am planning on completing the HubSpot certification over Thanksgiving.
I have been really enjoying reading about Inbound Marketing in this class. I am especially interested in using the inbound methodology in marketing. Attracting new customers continuously to the company is extremely important in marketing. Also, besides attract tools, I learned that delight tools and engage tools are important as well in inbound marketing. We need to engage with them at scale and delight them individually to help the business grow.
I believe Inbound Marketing is very fascinating. The entire concept is about creating a valuable experience that positively impact people and ones own business. This is completed by attracting consumers through great relevant content. I think Inbound Marketing is significant because once consumers arrive to a site, the next steps are to engage those users with the content provided. This can be done by conversational tools like a chat box that allows users to conect with a brand. Attracting, engaging and delighting users are extremely important in successful Inbound Marketing. These three steps allow for great marketing tactics to then take place.
Inbound marketing is an interesting area to explore. Gaining satisfied customers is a key to inbound marketing I think. Because if you produce an unsatisfied customer, whether it is to promote to someone who is not suitable for your product or other means, it will not benefit the company's growth. Hence, attract, engage and delight can be used for attracting your potential costumers, make them more engaging and delighting them become loyal costumers.
I have been enjoying reading about Inbound Marketing a lot throughout this course. Before taking this course, I did not know a lot about Inbound Marketing. I learned that is very important, especially in advertising. Attracting people to your websites, blogs, etc. is very important for every company. In the beginning I assumed that just getting a person to your website, blog, etc. was important enough. Inbound Marketing taught me that it is much more than that. You have to engage the person to stay on ur website, blog, etc. This is what gets you people that are interested in what you have to offer and future customers. After engaging them, you have to keep them happy by prodiving the best service/products possible. Returning customers are very important for every company. This also helps to gain new customers because satisified customers tend to rave about the great products/services they have received.
Inbound marketing is something that is very effective in todays world. Especially with all of your options through different social media outlets, Inbound Marketing opens opportunities for all kinds of businesses whether theyre strictly online or not online at all. The idea of bringing people in rather than pushing the business on top of someone is unique and definitely different. Inbound Marketing is a great way to build great consumer to business relationships and most definitely benefits both parties.
I think inbound marketing is a great marketing strategy for businesses to use. Inbound marketing is way more comfortable and personal than digital marketing. I think it also a great way to connect with diffent customers and to see if customers are really for your business. It can also build great trust between the consumers and the business. Inbound marketing is a interesting strategy to study and I look forward to possible using it with my future businesses.
I think learning about Inbound Marketing is super interesting because it's such a great way to build a genuine connection with the customers who are ultimately going to help grow your business, whatever it may be. Inbound Marketing is cool because it can help eliminate the customers that are not going to help grow your business because the connection made is personal. Inbound Marketing helps interest those who will end up to be loyal, satisfied, and willing to help make others aware of your business and product, all while helping the business.
Because there is an insane amount of competition with digital marketing, inbound marketing is an important tool that all companies should utilize. I've especially been interested in learning about inbound marketing in regards to my client, Nordstrom. They have mastered inbound marketing through a trustworthy reputation demonstrated by direct contact with customers - especially frustrated ones. I've also found it interesting to research how they utlize inbound marketing with their invitations to join their "exclusive" Nordy Club. They treat the club as a exclusive by sending out personal invitations to their customers and utilizing SEO.

After reading about inbound marketing, I found that it is vital for attracting and keeping customers. If done right, inbound marketing can create a relationship between users and the brand. Inbound marketing, if done correctly, can build trust between the brand and users. When people trust and feel connected to a brand, they are more likely to use and recommend that brand. There is a high level of creativity within inbound marketing and it's been interesting to me to see how brands take advantage of this idea and use it in their own, unique way.
Inbound marketing is very interesting to me because it is a great way to advertise for quick results. This method of marketing helps the consumer find a brand they are looking for rather than the brand reaching out to them. I found that great ideas will help inbound marketing tremendously especially when dealing with online or viral trends.
I have been enjoying reading about Inbound Marketing and I have learned a lot from the readings and videos. At first, was a little bit confused about the differences between inbound marketing and outbound marketing. However, now I understand that for inbound marketing, instead of fighting for your potential customers' attention, you attract their attention by creating contents that are designed to solve their problems and meet their needs. Inbound marketing provides information, service, and good customer experience to the customers. It builds trust and reputation for the brand.
These are just some of my thoughts and I know that there is still a lot to learn about inbound marketing. I am planning to get certified in Hubspot Inbound Marketing.
Learning about inbound marketing and analyzing an international fashion company's marketing tools and strategies has been really interesting for me because as of June 2018, I started working for a beauty company doing social media promotion and attraction marketing. Social media, network marketing and direct sales is the wave of the future and inbound marketing is exactly that - attracting consumers to your brand through promotion of relevant content. If you work in marketing, you have to know how to directly target your audience and how to hone in on their interests, which will effect your style and social posts accordingly. I don't think some people understand the power of social media and attraction marketing yet, but we will for sure see more people taking advantage of it in the years to come.
As I will be graduating this spring and looking for a job in the Adveritisng field, I thought that the lesson on Inbound marketing was very interesting. I think that inbound marketing is going to just grow grow with social media marketing groewing everyday. So now learniong about what inbound marketing is and how it works willl be very important to me going on into the advertising field.
The inbound marketing lesson was interesting to me. I had heard it mentioned in one of my classes before, but the concept was never explained. I did not realize how important it is for businesses to use this form of marketing to grow their business. This video helped me to understand the basics and the resources included in the lesson were extremely helpful, especially for someone who has never had experience in this area before. As I'm looking through job postings online, I have noticed more and more companies who are looking for someone to help them with inbound marketing techniques. This is a field that I can see continuing to grow now and in the future as advertisers look to better connect with consumers online.
I really enjoyed the lesson on inbound marketing. As someone who is interested in a career in content strategy, I found a lot of the concepts to be very relevant to my field. I was a little curious about the information flow, however. In my previous internship, I understood the process to be a bit more traditional than attract, engage, and delight. We thought about content created for consumers in the awareness, consideration, and conversion stages. But inbound marketing uses its funnel to create more specific content. I understand inbound marketing can be just one aspect of content strategy, but I found it to be a really interesting method. I'm probably going to get HubSpot certified if I can find a free moment one of these weekends. :)
Even though I have interned at a marketing firm I was not knowledgeable about inbound marketing. I found out that inbound marketing is very important to attract an audience to your brand, increasing sales and awareness. Overall, inbound marketing draws in customers instead of going out and searching for them. It seems consumers enjoy this technique and have positive reviews.

I think inbound marketing is vital to marketing success. It helps with customer retention and helps build relationships between your brand and consumers. Marketers should always be working with inbound content to keep information up to date and relevant. By providing good and/or entertaining insight, consumers are more likely to stay up to date with your brand.
Following the 80/20 rule is important too when considering when or what is posted. Content doesn't have to be the same format everytime too, by adding variety to posts prevents people from becoming bored. I think that inbound marketing definetly requires practice and research from marketers to be able to have a good understanding of successful inbound marketing tactics in response to consumer behaviors and attitudes.
I enjoy learning more about inbound marketing. As an Advertising Managment senior, I find my self-trying to absorb as much information as possible about the marketing and advertising world before I am done with school. Inbound marketing is such a vital part of marketing, and through this course, I have been provided many opportunities to learn more about it and its importance.
I think Inbound Marketing is extremely important to know about and to learn how to use it to your advantage. I am glad I have the chance to learn a lot about this topic because I enter the workforce. Other generations had to learn about it once they already started their career. Social media use and SEO is so important for advertising and marketing these days, without it most brands will not succeed.
I feel like inbound marketing is the most mutually beneficial form of advertising. Inbound marketing brings in consumers by giving them something that they can use and where looking for. This way a marketer can also become a source of information and build brand loyalty from consumers. If you create good and useful content, then you are creating and building credibility and trust for your business.
I have enjoyed learning more about inbound marketing. I am new to advertising and marketing, I have enjoyed taking a look into the strategies that go into reaching specific audiences. Prior to taking this course I had taken a look into what ways one might reach and audience, like media platform or channel. However, inbound marketing has taught me how to determine which of these channels to use. This is based on the audience you are trying to reach, whether it be by demographic, population, race, or whatever the cause or product may be. This is essential to the effectiveness of marketing because this is the way that your preferred consumers you are trying to reach.
I really enjoyed learning about inbound marketing. In past courses, we have touched on it but it was never thoroughly explained. I never realized how important it actually is- I feel as if so many people use it without truly knowing what it is. The value of attracting and engaging is imperative in growing and keeping a business going.
Reading up on Inbound marketing was really interesting to me. This past summer I worked at an advertising agency in Chicago as a account manager intern. Learning all of this now helps me realize why we did the things we did at the agency when dealing with our creative strategies/executions. After learning about this topic, I found learning about the attracting tools in marketing to be the most interesting. This is because it's the initial step in getting people interested in your company/brand. This is what allows people to want to click on you, and if done right it can really create some buzz. I found this most interesting because at my internship I got to work on a lot of advertisements and video ads that were posted on our clients website. I got to see what worked and what didn't and how we could analyze and fix the problem based on consumers reactions to the brand. I had to help my team create these ads to increase awareness of my brand to our target audeince. Little did I know that I was acutally using Inbound marketing tools at my job.
The focus on inbound marketing in this course has actually been one of my favorite parts so far. In particular, making a persona for the inbound marketing assignment was one of the most engaging parts of the course, and it actually gave me a lot of motivation when it came to completing the assignment. From a conceptual perspective, I think it's great that we have the distinction between inbound and outbound marketing, and are focusing on both. When it comes to using new media in a professional setting, it's crucial to know the difference between the two and to utilize them correctly.
I had a lot of fun while learning inbound marketing. Because as a normal customer of online shopping, concepts and ideas we learned in this topic have worked on me a lot of time without me realizing it. Now that I learned it, I realized how effective they are on getting new customers and generate revenue. After learning inbound marketing, I am able to notice some of the key messages a company wants to send out and how they achieve it through different social media platforms.
Inbound Marketing is a tool that many marketers should learn to be efficient in and can increase results for them as a whole. I think the most important part of Inbound Marketing is Engage. I believe that attracting consumers plays a big part but engaging with them and having them see what your brand or product is all about, showing them that you care for them and how they interact with the product or service gives them insight on the brands personality as a whole. Engagment with them that then leads to delighting them is one way to create loyal consumers.
The advantages of inbound in today's markets are endless. Inbound allows companies to create long-term relationships that are fostered by meaningful engagements. The Inbound state of mind is creating an experience that draws people in with the right information at the same time. Delighting consumers throughout their interaction with your company will make them more loyal to the brand. Experiences that are helpful, relevant, and unique are the most important to customers and that is what they get with inbound.
